Observation pt:a

I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit. (Ecclesiastes 1:14)

observation is a skill that many don’t use often, and as a result many trust the wrong people, make crucial mistakes, get their hearts broken just because there are certain things they didn’t observe.

the most clueless people in the world are people who don’t observe and they always fall for schemes and obvious tricks

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

(Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Things to observe

1. Times/seasons. one of the most crucial things to observe is time because time is the biggest commodity we have on the earth.

Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them; (Ecclesiastes 12:1).

1.a. Seasons of your life. it is important to observe the progress of your life based on your age and goals,it is good to prioritize certain things first in life and make sure that they don’t change through self-observation, because you will only see the danger of not observing when it’s too late.

Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them; (Ecclesiastes 12:1).

1.b. Seasons of the place you’re i. you need to observe the things that happen around you because you will be able to relate with the people of that area and be able to conduct yourself without compromising your principles.

For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: (1 Corinthians 1:22),

one of reason apostle Paul was very successful is because he observed.

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts? (Matthew 9:4),

one fof the reasons Jesus Christ could not be tricked is because he knew the hearts of everyone he was dealing with

1.c. Seasons of the spirit. God does a certain thing at a certain time, and it is our responsibility to find out.

In the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood from the books according to the word of the Lord to Jeremiah the prophet that the number of years for the desolation of Jerusalem would be 70.So I turned my attention to the Lord God to seek Him by prayer and petitions, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes.(Daniel 9:2-3).

let us develop our observation skills so that we may be able to make better decisions
