Faith :why do you need to have faith pt5

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.( Hebrews 11:6)
8. To exercise our God given dominion.

So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.( Luke 17:6). The access to the dominion God has given to his children is faith, if you don’t have faith and you know all the scriptures you are as vulnerable as someone doesn’t know the scriptures at all, this is why they bible tells us to also be doers of the word. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.( James 1:22). Quoting scriptures without understanding and having them alive in you by faith will not yield any reward for you, that’s why many who shouted Jesus when hey met a thug still got mugged despite their shouting.

For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.( James1:23-25)

Walking in total faith in the word of God makes you function a level where your words are like he words of God, what you say will be as God said it and nothing will change it. I said, “You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High.( Psalms 82:6). The Hebrew for God’s used in his verse means mighty ones or judges, basically we are of judges the things of his world and we judge by faith. Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?( 1 Corinthians 6:3). Ladies and gentlemen God is not the one who is to be blamed because he was given you all the authority and power you will ever need to change anything you don’t like. as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,( 2 Peter 1:3)
